The owner was in need of replacing an approximately 25 year old treated deck on an ocean front home. The deck is located less than 200 yards from the water making the EVOLVE® virtually maintenance free product a great fit. The existing wrap around deck was approximately 1300 square feet, and during the construction a new lower level section was added that was roughly 290 square feet. EVOLVE was used because the customer required something that was very little maintenance and would not stain or mildew like wood or composite decking. The vast offering of colors that Evolve has to choose from also appealed to the customer since they wanted something that would match the house and retain its color for years to come without fading. The owner and friends that have stayed at the house just love the EVOLVE deck!
