Carefree Maintenance with EVOLVE® Alternative Decking

Never stain, sand, or paint again with an EVOLVE deck, dock, or porch. Once your project is installed, it is set for a lifetime of care-free enjoyment. If EVOLVE gets dirty, a quick hose or mop is all it needs. No special chemicals or sealants required. EVOLVE plastic lumber can even stand up to pressure washing for a thorough, like new clean.

• Hose or sweep off periodically.
  
• High humidity or low circulation installations may require a periodic low dose bleach wash.
  
• Sweep snow off of the deck with a stiff-bristled broom. If heavier snows occur, a plastic shovel should be used to prevent scratching and gouging.
  
• Unlike wood or composite decking material, mold or fungi cannot penetrate and permanently stain the EVOLVE surface. A good blast with a pressure washer is all that is normally needed to keep your deck clean.
  
• Cleaning of light surface marks can be accomplished with a solution of Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) and water as directed on the package
  
• Stubborn stains, such as rust spots from furniture, can be removed using products such as “IRON OUT®”, without causing any damage to your deck.
