15-year-old green-treated lumber, multi-level deck and stairway replaced and redesigned using Evolve® natural wood grain plastic lumber. The replacement included a raised deck with access from the second floor patio doors, relocation of the stairway to the right side of the upper deck, and reconstruction of the lower deck with expansion out to the pool area. The tongue and groove style was selected to provide water runoff from the upper deck to maintain a dry patio area. Matching fascia material was used to cover the support beams with aluminum soffit material providing the finish and water channeling to the underside of the upper deck. Evolve deluxe railing system was used throughout.
