Custom Profiles and Shapes
When you work with RENEW® Plastics, you benefit from more than 30 years of plastic recycling expertise. We will support your R&D process, working with you to develop custom extrusions and materials that meet your application needs.
Custom Shapes
EVOLVE is custom extruded to client specifications. We have more than 50 color choices, finish options and a large selection of profiles to meet your application needs.EVOLVE can provide profiles in a wide variety of shapes. To-date, we have more than 150 extrusion dies. You can use one of our existing dies or we will work with you to develop a proprietary custom shape.
Sizes
We can offer a wide range of thicknesses from ¼” plastic sheeting to 6” profiles.RENEW™ Plastics, maker of EVOLVE, currently extrudes material up to 24” in width and virtually unlimited lengths. Machine capabilities can be expanded for greater widths with appropriate demand.
